Diarrhea (sorry!) and early pregnancy

I am 6 weeks pregnant.  I episodes of diarrhea four times within the past 4 days except yesterday as I was constipated all day.  Has anyone else had this during early pregnancy?  I have no spotting and no pain so I am just wondering.

i just posted this question yesterday cause i have been having bad diarrhea since yesterday.  i have read that it is normal to have it due to the rise in hormone levels but we have to keep ourselves very hydrated so lots of water.

i am 6 weeks today and i have also experianced the same thing ,ive asked a friend ( who is 8 months along) and she said she had the same thing , so i dont think its anything to worrie about,good luck to you

I am almost 8 weeks and I had it for a few days around 6-7 weeks... It is fine just stay hydrated during this time... Good Luck...

I am so glad that thi squestion was posted because I have been experiencing the same thing. I am now 7wks and 1 day and I have dairrhea at least 3 times per week and I am constipated the other times. Also I get extremely thirsty so I drink a lot of water.

Somtimes I think I drink too much water.  Is that possible? ha

I had it every day up until the past week or so, now it alternates between that and constipation. I'm sometimes constipated and miserable all day, only to wake up at 3 am with diarrhea.  I actually tell my dh (if it has been a day or so) that I would LOVE to have a nice round of diarrhea just so I don't feel so fat and bloated! LOL Just when I think I've gained 2 pounds, I have the Hershey squirts and realize I haven't really gained any weight yet! Woohoo!

(Ok...so is it BAD to get excited about having the Hershey squirts?)
I'd much rather have that during my entire pregnancy than constipation...I get really cranky when I'm stopped up! LOL

I had diarrhea a lot while I was pregnant. Everyone thought I was crazy because I wasn't constipated at all. I couldn't quit running to the bathroom.

lol  I hope it keeps up because I am also miserable when I am constipated!  I can be reallly mean!  Today is one of those days, but its not too bad yet.

I never heard someone describe it like that before...:)

i have now had it for 3 days straight with vomitting.  has anyone been experiencing this?
