Second u/s results

Good evening ladies, as most of you know I went for my second ultrasound this morning to look for heartbeats of the twins. All has gone well, they found them right away at 148 &146. Babies look good for what they can see of them, they are also measuring a bit bigger than originally thought and the technician said we are probably closer to seven weeks as the babies are measuring 7w1d and7w4d. She said that more than likely they will eventually change my due date to the 11th or so but she also added that the due date won't matter so much as twins usually come early. We then were graduated back to my original ob/gyn - the specialist we were seeing for the miscarriage testing says that now that we have seen heartbeats we are out of the woods. We are so excited and immensely relieved as we never saw babies or heartbeats with the previous pregnancies only gestational sacs that were age appropriate. I finally told my brother and will be telling my sister tomorrow. Still not sure when i will be telling my step-son but since it will be a few days before we see him again I will worry about it later. thanks for all your support and prayers during this incredibly long two week wait!!!

That is GREAT!!! Congradulations one one of many milestones to attain... How wonderful it is to hear and see the precious little heart or hearts beating away!!! You are truely blessed!!!

oh yay!!!! congrats!!!! im so happy for you!!!! i know exactly how you feel, i seen my miracle heartbeat yesterday too!!!! i didnt want to stop looking at it!!!! im so happy for you!!!! and glad to hear all is well!!!!

GREAT congratsssssss. they also changed my due date from Feb 14th to Feb11th !! they are always bigger is'nt that great?! i have my appointment tomorrow and i think they will do a second ultrasound since they detected the heartbeat way early at 5 weeks 4days ....sooo happy for you ;o)

Congratulations!!! I am so very happy for you. Isn't it amazing to see and hear the heartbeat(s)? The only thing better will be having them here. :-)
