Sugar and salt...

Hi,

Does anyone else get heartburn from eating a small amount of sugar (like the amount in a fiber one bar..not sure how much is in there!!!  they sure taste good though, lol).  

And I've noticed heart palpitations too...could this be from too much sodium?

I get heartburn and indigestion after everything that I eat!  I also get the heart palpatations, but I've noticed that they happen when I am hungry.  I was worried about them at first, but then noticed that it would accompany my heartburn when I was hungry.  I think that heartburn is just one of the many down sides of pregnancy - I never had it before I was pregnant.

Yeah I never had heartburn before either.  I didn't even know what it felt like :)  BUt now!!!!   owwy!

Yeah, I am getting heartburn pretty regularly now - like after most meals, regardless of when I eat.....

I always get heartburn, and acid reflux 2. I went to a Dr. and described to him my symptons. Since both my parents have ulcers, and members of my family, have had stomach tumors before. the Dr. looked at me, after i was done talking, and he was like "sounds like you do have a problem, come and c me after you have your baby" I was sooooo Mad at him. But he is right there is nothing he can do for me now, so i am going to see another Dr. Tomorow i hope he is more helpfull.

Hey girl!  How did your Dr's appointment go???  

I am doing well, have cut back on refined sugar a lot in the last few days.  I don't even really crave or miss it, I've found.  Just one of those bad habits you can get into w/o even realizing it.
