Tracker Problems!

Last night we encountered a software issue with our trackers that affected yesterday's data (Sun 5/10).

If any of you have questions about yesterday's lost tracker info, here's some helpful information.

This was an isolated occurrence, and we're hopeful to restore the lost data.  However, the best chance for restoring this data remains with those tracker users who do NOT recreate Sunday's data.

We apologize for any inconvenience and are working round the clock to remedy the situation.

For those who encounter / discover this issue -

1) The problem is only concerning data from yesterday, not future data,
and not past data.

2) MedHelp will make every attempt to recover yesterday's data.

3) If you want MedHelp to recover your data from yesterday, do not re-enter
any of yesterday's data.

4) MedHelp is doing all that's possible to recover all data, but may not be able to. For anything we miss, we apologize.
