I think heads in general are just BIG! My son had a HUGE head and a barreled chest, but the rest of him was normal. Of course he grew into everything, but for the longest time (he's now 4)...we had to buy him 2T shirts because he head was too big for the clothes size that did fit him. He's in size 6-7T, but not for his head anymore. :)
Isn't the head supposed to be the biggest part of a baby anyways??
These u/s measurements are not terribly accurate. My doc was scratching her head when my baby's arms and legs measrued at 39 weeks, while the rest of her was 36 weeks. Think there is just a lot of normal variation.
Take things as they come and you and baby will be fine.
