I am also almost 17 weeks prego and i just got back from the dr for the same reason but mine i  could hardly move from one side to the other and fron sitting to standing. he checked and everything is great so it must just be growing pains or round ligament pains. I'm sure your fine, if you start bleading or throwing up call your Dr asap other than that you should be fine good luck and rest!

It happens to me to, Like you said when I cough or move sometimes. Also I pee (LOL) ( no alot) sometimes when I cough or sneeze. But my doctor said it's common.

My tummy also gets sore sometimes, but only when I press on it. It usually happens when I am tired, and I assume it is something to do with my muscles stretching. From what I hear, it is quite common.

funny because i just went today to the doctor for the same type of pains.  i also had 2 early MC's so i am a nervous wreck.  doctor checked my stomach and all was good.  then he checked the baby and the heartbeat was a strong 150 and the baby even kicked and moved away from the heart monitor.  the doctor said what he thinks is first it is growinf pains because we are at prime time for those and also he thinks that the baby may have been sitting completely on my right side and putting a lot of pressure over there that could not be relieved with swtiching positions or walking which usually helps.  try not to stress but if it worries you, stop into the dr.s office and have them check the heartbeat for you.
