i got my tubes tied 2 years ago. Since then my first husband who is the father of my 3 kides have parted. I have a new man in my life and he wants to get marred and have a baby with me, but the problem is i got my tubes tied from my first marrage. Can i get pregnant throw IVF even throw my tubes are tied?

You can get a tubal reversal. And I would say yes you could still do IVF as well considering they bypass that step in the process.

I know you can do IVF although I hear that having tubes reversed is cheaper.  You won't be able to get insurance coverage for IVF because tubes are tied.
