Well  i was wanting to know i see how everyone is grading there embryo or had them grade my doc told me mine was excellent. so i  dont know what   that mean  but both they put in me was excellent.

then is i im on day 4  and i dont have no pain no sign or nothing is that  good or bad ???

Im surprise they did not give you a cheat sheet

Basically the embryos are divided in terms of:
1) The number of cells they have... they keep dividing once they are fertilized... so like 6, 7, 8, 9, cells and so on

2) Fragmentetion: The less fragmentation the better quality of the embryo.
A is less that 5%
B is 5-10%
C is 25-50%
D more than 50%

They always look for A and B to transfer

3) Symetry of the cells: good, fair or poor

So you want eggs that look like: 6-8 cells, grade A or B and good or fair symetry..

OK!!!! Im an hour and a half away from my third IVF Transfer !!!! Wish me luck. I have 3 eggs to transfer. No idea of their quality. They will tell me there when I get there at 10am and start drinking water like crazy so the transfer is easier because the bladder pushes the uterus and somehow that makes the transfer easier.

I had two blastocycts transfered in me about 7 days ago.  My doctor told me one was a 3 and one was a 4 which is excellent.  Just got my bloodwork done yesterday and we're pregnant.  Of course I'm being cautiously optimistic but don't want to get totally crazy yet.  I think once I see an ultrasound and heartbeat I'll be relieved.

It's too early to feel anything after just four days, so no worries! As for the grading, different doctors use different grading systems, so it's hard to compare...but if you doctor said they were excellent, I would just go by that! Good luck!
