12dpIUI positive or false positive

Hello. I have not been on here for a long time. I used to be very active on Medhelp until my son was born. Now he is 2 years old. We did 4 IVFs and 1 FET  before my son. Now we started trying again for #2. We decided to try IUI first. I was on Menopur. I had my trigger shot on 6/30 and IUI 7/02. 10 days after trigger 8dpiui I tested and it was positive. Then tested again next day it was negative. So trigger was out of my system after 11 days. Waited till next morning 11dpiui and tested again with FRER and negative. I tested this morning 12dpiui with FMU and there was a faint, but pink second line. Later I tested with Clearblue easy digital and said PREGNANT. I am driving myself crazy. I beta is on friday. What do you all think. I read that clearblue digital give some false positives.

By 12 days the trigger should be out. I have had a false positive in between 2 negatives before. So just keep testing with FMU and the same brand/type of test until Friday. That's the only way to see that it is getting darker for sure. Good luck :)

Today is day 14 after my trigget shot. I tested 10 days after came back positive, but next day it was negative.

I had a 10000 iu hcg shot.I tested positive day 11,12, 13, and 14 after the trigger shot   day 15 had bloodwork and I am now 8w1d pregnant.  So in my situation mine was a true positive.  My tests got darker each day..(i didnt test out the hcg thats why i was unsure at the time)I hope that is the case for you as well. I had a false positive at the doctors office when I was in college and I told them it was wrong and they thought I was in denial yet I knew that I had not been sexually active. The blood test was then negative. Truthfully, false positives are very very very rare and more often there are false negatives. Some go weeks without a positive when they actually are prego. Wish you luck and hope you get more consitent positives!!!
