1st IVF, AF question, new to forum...

Hello All!!!
I'm in a weird situation & not for sure what to think about i! :O)  AF came on 1/29 & was short lived.  I'm now having spotting today, which means that I will be starting later today or tomorrow.  I was extremly stressed out the the 1.5wks leading up to AF because we are trying to figure out where we where going to do IVF, how we were going to do our monitoring, & all of that other begining IVF jibberish!!!  That being said, do you think they will let us start IVF this week, or will they want to wait until the next AF?  I've sent our nurse an email, & I'm in knots about getting a response from her.  I'm just trying to decide if I should start getting even more excited about this, or if I still need to hold it at bay for another month!!! :O)

Also any advice, tips, or any other info that you can give me on starting a 1st cycle of IVF would be appreciated!!!

My IVF meds started a week before my AF. It depends on the protocol they have in mind for you. I hope you get answers soon.

We are not doing any type of meds before AF, we are starting IVF on day 3 of AF.

I started my 2nd IVF protocol the day my AF came.  AF started about 11 days after transfer. This is my personal belief that chances increase with back to back IVF.  I got pregnant with my 2nd IVF protocol.  Good luck with everything
