1st Time iui - need answers

My husband and I have been ttc for 24 months now.  I was on clomid for three months and then off for two months and then on for three months again.  My progesterone levels were always 8 or higher, usually 10 or higher.  When I did not conceive I was referred to a fertility specialists and now I am trying iui with clomid and the ovulation shot.  I had my progesterone level checked after the first month and it was 15.  My husband was unable to produce a specimen for month one and two.  Now we are on month three and he was able to produce.  My follicle measured 28 at day 12 and then I had my iui at day 14.  I had my progesterone level checked at 5dpoand it was 6.  Does this mean that I am not pregnant.  I was really excited when I was able to get my iui and my follicle was so large.  Has anyone else expereinced this before?

I had my progesterone tested d21 and my number was 13 I think. He said that I ov'd, but I didn't get pregnant that month:( Good luck to you...Great follicle size.

Typically  your progesterone levels should be checked on cd 21 and if you ovulated they should be above 10.  Progesterone levels alone are not a sign you are pregnant; they just tell you whether you ovulated.  HCG levels tell you whether you are pregnant.
Good luck!
p.s. We went through fertility treatments and my dh was not always able to produce so I know how frustrating this must be.  Hang in there!!!
