Count me in, ladies! It's been 5 days past my embryo transfer. I think I'll cheat and try to test on Thursday at home. I am absolutely terrified of those results!!! The wait is bad enough, but at least there's hope you're waiting for a BFP. Once you hear it was negative, it's over :( Did it four times already, and I don't know how I would take another disappointment... Best of luck to us ALL! :)

Can anyone here tell me anything about the triphasic bbt thing?  It basically means that when your temp has 3 separate rises in the days following ovulation you are more likely to be pregnant, correct?  If so, or regardless I guess, on which days past ovulation does one typically have these rises in bbt?  And about how much of a rise are we looking for?  I am only on 3dpo and have already had 2 rises with at least one of those being fairly significant.  My coverline is 98.4 and today my temp was 98.8.  Any thoughts on what, if anything, this might mean as well as any info regarding triphasic temps?  Thanks!!

I used to temp but my RE told me to just stick with the OPK's.  Right now with allergies my temps normally are higher.   Wish I could help you more. If I find anything about it I'll let you know.  

Anyone get a BFP yet?   I'm on CD 27 normally AF shows around CD 26 but RE said with progesterone supps that my cycle maybe affected this month.  I tested yesterday but the test was faulty so I don't know if it was neg or pos.  The control line never showed up and I'm wondering if the progesterone supps had something to do with it?

I will be doing my first FET on Friday. Very nerveous!  We have waited so long for this. We took 10 of Lupron for about 9 days and now are taking E2  every Tuesday and Friday with PIO Shots. Hopefully all will go well. Lots od sticky baby dust to us all. Good Luck Ladies!

I'm out.  AF showed this morning right before my morning jog. :(     I guess it's time to call the RE to let them know so we can schedule another u/s to count developing follies, make sure no cysts and start clomid again this month.

I've heard that when you are on clomid you ovulate 5-10 days after your last pill is this correct?   I normally know when I do ovulate however this was my first month on clomid so I think we may have missed the day that I did ovulate and not bd around that time.  Time to bring out the OPK's to pin point the day I suppose.

I'm also in the 2ww after my IVF, towards the end now. I had ER on 4/10, got 6 eggs, 4 fertilised, 3 were transfered on 4/13.

Now on progesterone suppositories and baby aspirin and hcg shots twice a week to support a possible pregnancy. Don't ask why, I'm a rare case and need all this stuff! Can't HPT as the hcg shots would always give false positives. Have to wait it out till 5/1 when I'll get the first beta result. Anyone else testing then?

10dpo not feeling much, very mild cramping..(could just be in my head) and my boobs feel fuller..but not sore yet..but they could be fuller from the progestrone suppositories..Im trying to remember what symptoms I had with my pervious pregnancies at this point..I think with 2 of them I didnt have symptoms till about 12 to 13dpo and 1 I had symptoms at 9dpo..so its frustrating lol ...SSBD to all!

I get that stretchy feeling too!  Everytime I've been prego (6 times!) I get that WITHOUT FAIL.  I'd call it a positive sign!  At least it is for ME.  I'm on 6dpo with no signs yet...fingers crossed, but I should have some cramping and the stretchy thing in the next couple of days if I am...baby dust to you all!

Time to get everything in order.  U/S appointments, clomid, OPK's and progesterone suppositories.  

Next I'll be doing the HCG shots but hoping we aren't going to be doing that this month.

I have the stretchy-bloaty feeling, but I;ve had it each time for my 3 failed IUIs.
But this time, I have no other symptoms at all! Used to have very light cramps in lower abdomen post ET, more on the right than the left, but they've stopped too.
Just 2 days left, give blood tomorrow, get results saturday.
smetimes i just dont want to find out. I picture getting a BFN and it scares me. Couldnt I just go on without testing and feel PUPO? No, I guess not...
Sigh, why is this last bit always so hard?

I am proud to say that I can join the tww group as of today! Woo hoo! I've not gotten as far as IUI or IVF yet...just finished first round of clomid several days ago...got +opk yesterday. I want to start peeing on sticks today, but I know it will be useless at this point. How do you all deal with the tww anxiety?

How do I deal? By peeing on opk's every day just for kicks :).  I know that hcg can make an opk turn positive...I get those very inexpensive opk's and hpt's from that website online and so it doesn't cost me diddly to pee on both any time I want :).  Sometimes I take 4 or 5 hpt's in a day :).  I stay busy grading (I teach at the college level) and playing with my 11 year old son...and generally just trying not to agonize over it (though of course I do!).  I read online looking up every possible symptom and what it might mean and could I be pregnant?? :)  I'm on 7dpo today I believe and just hoping like heck if I AM, that it implanted early and so I can begin testing tomorrow, when some people do get +hpt's (of course usually it's 10 days if you're lucky, or 12-14 at most)...Hang in there and baby dust to you all!

I too am hoping for early implantation. Through my obsessive reading and research I have heard that implantation can occur as early as day 5 or 4, but seems rare. I just keep hoping that I am an early implanter and can get some early results. I did set a date for my first stick peeing...thought mothers day would be a great day to start on. By then I will be 11 dpo. On 12dpo I go for a blood pregnancy test and will get the results that wednesday. I am so praying for a BFP, but don't want to get myself so worked up! Does that seem too early for a beta test? The dr said to come in on cd28 for the test, so that is when i will be there. I am spending my time researching and i am running out of things to search about. Now i am googling weird and crazy stuff like "how much sperm can fit in the fallopian tubes?" LOL

The pregnancy tests I use, and some others, pick up as soon as 10 units of hcg and that can be as soon as 10 dpo (or earlier, rarely though, as you mentioned) so yes, definitely by 11 dpo you can begin peeing!  I'd do it sooner if you are using the right tests.  By 12 dpo at your blood draw you should already know from a good hpt.  My doc does 14 dpo for blood draw but by then I always have known for a few days.  What dpo are you on now?  Tomorrow am will make 9 for me so I am getting close!!  Practically NO symptoms though so I am not too hopeful...

I'm so sorry Sammy_J!!  We all know how difficult that is.  It just seems like, if everything is proven to be in working order on you & your partner's part, that there is simply no reason it shouldn't happen!!  And it's so unfair as well.  Hang in there till next month...it WILL happen!  I also have always believed that everything happens for a reason - whatever that reason may be and whether we understand it or not.  I know that doesn't make it any easier...but you'll get your BFP when the time is right so just keep trying!  That's the fun part anyway! :)  Just think - maybe it will be a Valentine's baby if it happens on your next cycle? (something like that anyway! :)).

I am now 4dpo. What tests pick up such a low level (10 units)? Anything I can find in the store? Or online only? I can only find ones that pick up 20 or more. Thanks for the good info too. Def makes me feel much more informed.

I am not having too many syptoms (symptoms) at this point, which seems to irritate my dh! He asked me this morning why I am not vomiting yet and wants me to start the pee sticks again! I had to explain that it takes 12-48 hours after the +opk to actually ovulate and then it takes about 6-12 days to implant and I am way to early for that! LOL Today I am having cramps in the uterus...hoping it's a beautifl parasite burrowing deep into my uterus! LOL My nips are getting more and more sore too. Staying positive and I hope you all are too!

Is that a positive I see this morning?!?!?!?!?!?!  Holy crap!!!  And I thought I've had NO real symptoms!  Breasts are a little more sore today though, temp still up, and mild crampyness going on down there.  Shoot and Dh is not home for me to tell!!  My 11 year old son will be the first to know I guess :).  Holy crap.  Gotta call my fertility doc now to arrange blood draw for today.  Omg.  Well, the line was faint, but it was indeed there.  And not an evap line.  I've been peeing on these sticks for 2 days or so and this is the first line and with my first morning pee AND perfectly right on 10dpo!!  I hope he sticks this time!!!!  I hope it's not an ectopic again either...I feel good though that things might be okay since the line showed up this early this time...I hope I'm not made out to be a moron by posting this early and then the line later not being there!  lol

Cindy - the tww is unbearable. I just keep looking forward to the next step. I went for cd21 testing today and will get results on Wed. Not sure what I will do (besides obsess) from Wed to Sunday...on Sunday I will finally break down and do a hpt in hopes of early results. I just keep praying and praying. I've done all I can and have it hand it over to Him now.

I have gotten EARLY positives on CVS generic brand(!) - they pick up at 10 dpo too I believe - OR where I buy all of mine online they only cost like 80 cents each approx.!!  Ovulation tests are around that too (well, closer to $1 I think).  I buy in bulk at those prices needless to say!! :)  I've got probably 50 to 100 of each here at home that I may have to get rid of if I am indeed pregnant successfully this time around! :))  At any rate the link is http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com .  Enter sweetbabyjames (yes, that's right, lol) for a 10% discount.  I'd be SOL and broke without this site!!  Anyway, start peeing at 8dpo if you want, but 10 for sure and especially if you are using the ones that pick up early like that.  That's funny your dh wants you to be vomiting and stuff! :) LOL. Mine was asking me a week ago, at what 3 dpo?, if I had a positive yet :).  Silly men!  Well, your cramps and sore nips sound very good!!  Let's just keep talking eachother through this waiting game :).  It makes it SO much more bearable to share stories.  At any rate, I just peed on another and got the same line so I'm not hallucintaing.  It pops up pretty much right away too (well, within the testing time of a couple minutes max.) unlike the evap lines that appear after many, many minutes.  Waiting for my fertility doc to call me back.  Baby dust to all including me!! :)

Thank you Cindy and Amanda!!  I'll let you all know asap on my beta's. Last month when I had the miscarriage, I got my first draw on April 2nd and it was only 24 and I was at 13 or 14 dpo.  Then it was like 21 three days later on the next Monday and then gone when I went back a week later.  Two weeks later I ovulated again and here I am! :)  I really hope I had enough time to build up lining for my little guy to implant in.  I didn't bleed much with the miscarriage (my first and hopefully last!) though.  Anyway, I have an order from my regular doc to go for a draw any time I want and may go today, 10 dpo, or may wait to see if my fertility doc calls and if so will go to the place they usually send me to.  My work schedule won't allow for me to slip out on Tuesdays when I teach ALL day so I will have to go today or wait another 2 days till Wednesday!  NO!! :)  I'll keep you posted and thank you all again so much.  Hopefully I can join the BFP club and you guys will soon too!

Thank you Butterflybabies!!!  I'm sure hoping for the best of course, but will keep you all posted if you like.  I have a standing order for a blood draw from my regular doc and was going to go today, but decided just to hold off till my fertility doc has me going on Thursday.  That will give me a bit more time to make sure everything is good and 'sticky' in there :).  No more miscarriages for me darnit.  Or any of us!  Good luck to all!  Back to peeing on sticks, hoping for the line to get darker.  I've gone through 4 so far today :).

well today im 14dpo and im supposed to be getting my period today cd28 last month i got my AF on cd27 and the month before i got AF on cd26. Two days ago my breast were extremely sore and i had mild cramps so i was expecting AF anytime. Today I have no cramps and breast aren't really sore like they were the other day but a little tender... well Im thinking its a BFN iM going to hold out for one more day and tomorrow morning im going to go get a pregnancy test so hopefully I get the BFP. I was talking to Butterflybabies all morning and then i started reading other peoples post and blogs and I may be pregnant Oh god i hope so. I will let you guys know what happens tomorrow, until then let me know what you guys think. and lots of sticky baby dust to you guys

I am on my 2ww. We did our transfer on april 27th. We transfered 3-5 day embryos. I've taking 3 test and all was negative. I go this thursday for my beta test. And scared to death.

1. ws throwing all day yesterday.
2. could not evn drink water bcz ws evn puking after having water...feeling bloated.
3. Gas.
4. Hiccups!
5. breast pain n tenderness.
6. blocked nose


but still CD 16..(27days cycle) so cant say what all these means. Keeping my fingers crossed..still 1.5 week to go!

Hi All,

I was dx with PCOS this year in January. I am overweight and trying hard to TTC. Actually my DH & I started TTC from december last year. After i was dx +ve with PCOS i had a 3 months ourse of meds like Metformin, Microgest and Folic Acid. this dint help me out. Than  went to doc2 3 weeks a ago and found I dint have much of a progress with meds from doc1. Then she(doc 2) gave me Clomid and metformin and Duphoston(not sure of spelling) for cycle that month. I have had regular periods this year. today is my Cd 20. I went to the doc again last friday. She then asked me to double my dose of Metformin from 500g/day to 1000g/day. Along with duphoston which is just 10mg daily. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Really desperate on TTC and many a times i just loose confidence and hope. Then again I get a sense of positive feel. Gosh! The doc also informed me that she would try injectibles from next month. I am not sure what they are....Any idea anyone on this? Also i was surprised that I did only one cycle of Clomid then the doc dint prescribe for my next cycle...!!!! Am i on the right

Well i took a pregnancy test this morning and UNFORTUNATELY i got a BFN UUgh i just don't know whats wrong with me my period were abnormal for 4 or 5 years. So i had to take medication to start AF.Then after my ectopic pregnancy I the medication for a 1 month and then for the last two months ive been able to start them fine on my own without medication on time. now all of a sudden Im one day late and aint started im so pissed off right now today well be a very depressing and upsetting day.

Gutted as AF arrived 5 days late today.  I had convinced myself that this was my month and I'm not looking forward to the rest of this month at all, as it was the 18th of this month last year I found out I was pregnant.  Its just not fair, I miss my boy so much.  Sorry just so upset right now.  Hope that there is lots of SSBD coming your way for all those still on the 2ww.

But please dont push yourself so hard to get pregnant. You can not time and plan your baby on the same day you did last time.

It will only give you stress and delay in conceiving. Take things easily. I suggest dont wait every month thinking that this month it will happen. The least you think about it the least will be your stress levels and more will be chances to get pregnant.

Hope you get good news next month. But dont get stressed if it doesnt. God has his own plans. We cant change his planning. We can only pray to god to let his plan start soon!

I am also TTC since 3 months. This is my 4th month. Last month ws very stressful and i realised i should better enjoy this process rather than stressing.

I note everything because i want to treasure those moments if i get BFP
But i dont stress anymore if its no this month.

After 9 days my AF is due. Yesterday i got light pinkish spotting and today slight brown spotting. Is it Implantation. Hope so. Got slight abdominal pain too.
