2ww buddy

First IUI on 3/15. Looking for 2ww buddy:) Man, it's tough to be patient! Anyone else out there?

My Beta is this coming thursday.  I am feeling zero symptoms & got a BFN this morning so really can't imagne that it worked.......

I had my 4th&5th IUI on 3/15 also...beta is 3/31...sure IS tough ! Impossible to distract yourself it seems...not alot of symptoms this time around...just some cramping& very sore boobs !

Hey guys. I had 2 FET on 3/18.  My beta is the 29th. My goal is no poas till 3/28, last month I made myself misrable and started POAS on 6dp5dt stayed negative. I would rather pretend I am pregnant until right before beta so there will be no second guessing that maybe a negative is really positive etc.
The 2ww is the worst. I havent had any symptoms at all, a cramp here and there but I think its just gas.  Stay positive ladies and hopefully we all get a BFP!!

I did 5dt (IVF) on 3/17 and am now in my 2ww. I am going a little crazy without knowing. I had a crazy number of eggs (21!- were my ovaries ever SORE) and got 15 healthy embryos, but was devastated when I learned that none survived to freeze. Praying that the live transfer took (2 embryos) because the thought of starting over is daunting and so emotional. Took an over the counter preg test against my better judgement yesterday and it was negative. Trying to not read into it b/c I knew it was way too soon, but can't help but think about the other embryos that arrested and wondering if it means these two did as well, in utero... I do have cramping and distended belly and get up to pee every night (sometimes twice) but I know this can be a result of the progresterone and estrogen. On the up side, my boobs have never looked better! LOL. Anyway, I know this is an IUI thread, but I can relate to the need for a 2ww buddy. Been off birth control for 6+ years, and this wait is starting to get to me.

hi all! thanks for sharing your posts with me. man, i'm glad to see there are others that i can "positively" commiserate with. i have 2 more days til beta. been poas obsessed, all bfn. oh well. doing the progesterone suppositories as well, so it's confusing all my symptoms. i've been cramping like crazy today. we will see.... i'll keep all posted, and i hope you share your news with me too. BABY DUST EVERYWHERE :)

I'm 9dpiui today and for the last couple of days have been nauseous.  Last night and this morning worst of all.  Dr told me to do hpt in 14 days which will be 4/3 if AF doesn't come.  I've also had slight nausea the week before af is due the last three months but this time it's worse and comes with alot of gas too.  Symptoms are little different then the usual pms but I don't want to get my hopes up, and wonder if the Clomid I took this (cycle Days 5-9, First time using) could have anything to do with it.  Anyone else experience similar symptoms?

Could also be nerves, with all the anticipation of iui, my in-laws coming out for visit (they don't know about iui) and start of new job two weeks ago.

Hey everyone

Im now just starting my TWW post IUI. Will have my blood test on April 9th.  It's gonna be a long wait!  I'm also starting on Progesteronetonight so not sure if that will give me symptoms too (never been on it before).

DPeters, I was on Femara, injectinles and had a trigger shot and the only symptoms I had was a headache on the Femara and now feel a bit bloated but no nausea or anything.

I'm having my parents over Easter  too and haven't mentioned anything about IUI, just fertility treatments in general.

I am on my10dpiui, beta due on Apr 2nd. I have experienced cramps starting day 7, mostly nocturnal. Also, frequent nausea bouts that only lasts a few seconds at a time, could be mental. Abnormally gassy, for sure (LOL), felt colder than usual in the last 5 days or so. Temperature has been elevated by almost one degree for last 4 days.
That I know of, Clomid will cause the dreaded hot flashes for ~3 weeks, but is unlikely to cause you nausea this late if you didn't suffer it while you were on it. My family doesn't know about my IUI either, because they all suffered with me in my prior (five) unsuccessful IVFs. This time, the baby's head should start crowning before I admit to anyone that I have been trying to get pregnant. Best of luck to you.

I am on the 3rd day of 2ww after 3 embryo FET transfer and have already convienced myself it didn't work! How sad is that!?!?!  I am praying like crazy.... My beta is not until April 9th!  And No One in my family knows ( i did tell my birth mom though but she's very suppotive!)

Hopefulcb~ We have the same BETA date!!!!  Sweet!   Progesterone can give you sore bb's... fyi....

puppyblue~ I hope you get that BFP this time! You deserve it! May I ask why you went   from IVF's back to IUI? I am just curious as this whole fertility thing  confuses the heck outta me!!

mhv ~ I went from IVF to IUI because my eggs were so fragile towards the last few cycles that some of them were bursting when handled/nicked for ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection - whew!), which we had to do because of sperm motily issues of DH. My doctor said that some of the procedures involved in IVF may be detrimental to the eggs/embs, as many people with multiple failed IVFs quit and end up pregnant on their own. IUI is a lot less traumatic physically, mentally and financially, which I was thankful for. Also, in my case, the IUI and IVFs would have the same success rate.

Ok here is a question:
i am in day 10 DPO and i was kinda feeling that this month might be it... So i tested and it came Back kinda positive.. I got two lines one of them u can hardly see it but is there yesterday i tested too and it was there but today got a little more darker hardly there but u can see it more... Can it be the Puregon shots or the HCG shot still?

ok girls this is killing me... so i tested again and i use one of those test that clearblue has in the market.. the digital and i came back positive... this is day 11 dpo so i am wonder if it could be it?

Coylee ~ if the color of the test line is getting darker as days progress, I would be jumpimg (very lightly, without ever taking my heels off the ground, so not to "drop" the babies") in joy. Make sure you are using the same brand of hpt, for consistency. Looks like the fertlity gods are smiling at you. BTW, have you had any symptoms starting       6-8dpiui?

Hopeful ~ I haven't done a hpt yet, I am going for beta tomorrow. I am excited and terrified at the same time.

well i did had a little of cramps mostly in the morning and am peeing more often then usual, i got some sore boobs but other then that not so much... now about the line is getting darker everyday.. like i said i tried a different test this time around but it came positive right away... i am keeping my fingers crossed for sure.. We have been trying for a long while now... we lost our baby boy last summer and since then it has been pretty stressfull going to fertility and griving at the same time.. but now i am feelinga bit more positive... Hopefully i dont get dissapointed i only 5 days away from my beta..

That's great Coylee!! I thought a positive was a positive no matter how faint!  Unless you got a trigger shot, then it's a false positive.  Anyway the blood test will tell for sure.  The date is approaching!! Good luck!!

well it has been confirm i am actually pregnant i cant believe it but i am.... Yesterday i had to go to the hospital due to i was feeling the worse pain ever (turn out to be GaS) buti wanted to make sure everything was ok. Anyway Dr. did a blood work and came back positive... We are so excited and scared at the same time... I cant honestly said i am the happies woman at life.

hopefulcb, thanks I will do hpt test in the am, I'm excited and nervous too.  My dr didn't say anything about a BETA test so I dont' know what that is.  She did call me today though and went over my last results and stated that I did have a great cycle my progesterone was "sky high" and that was good.  I'm glad considering it was low last cycle.

puppyblue,  I did notice that I've been alot gassy lately and going pee more often too, slightly crampy but not major.

Hi Girls!!  Just checking in!  Congrats to the BFP"S!  4 days left till I test.  Can't tell what the outcome is going to be.  Have times of sore bb's but only during the day, when I get up in the a.m., they are not.  Having some weird "movements" in my lower tummy, that's about it.  I can't tell!!! UGH!

Pretty much the same as you. I felt kinda hot and under the weather for about 2-3hrs yesterday evening - just exhausted, but much better this AM.  I'm also getting some cramps on and off, although very mild for the past few days.  No sore bbs really, but they at times feel very full.  It's so hard to say as these could all be Prometrium symptoms I think??  Yup, 4 more days to go. Are you planning on testing before then with HPT or just wait?  I'm holding off I think.. hopefully won't break down!!!

I am actually debating wether to do a HPT or not... probably won't though.  My bb's hurt, but don't feel full! ha ha!  Maddening isn't it?  Just plain maddening!!!

That's funny MHV!!  I was feeling bbs fullness but now seems to be gone. Still getting a little abdominal cramping but no other symptoms.  Now I'm thinking maybe it didn't work.

Girl, my symptoms come and go so fast I don't know what to think!!  
I've had sore BB's then they quit, lower tummy cramps, then it goes away, frequent urination.... then not!  It's maddening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks, my beta was negative. :(  What's really aggrevating is still no af, now 4 days late.  Not sure if the clomid could be the cause or the stress.  I've been feeling like its going to come last two days but it hasn't.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and prayers.  I must admit I felt crushed and disappointed.  I wanted it so much.  But after all it was my 1st iui.  I will keep trying.  I know when the time is right it will happen and will happen for all of us.  

Hopefulcb, I haven't spoken with dr yet.  I was thinking of taking this month off, but not sure.  Dr said to me on day of iui that if it didn't work to call back and they'd start me on clomid again.  AF came this morning so I have to call dr tomorrow to get new RX for clomid.

You are right!  It Will happen for you and your hubby!  I know it!  Wether you jump back in or take a month break, it will happen!  that's the attitude to have!  We have to keep moving forward and keep trying until we become mom's!!! : )
