30 with PCOS and low progesterone

I am 30 years old with pcos and the doctor is now telling me I has low progesterone. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months,  and now I may have to use progesterone  to conceive and it's freaking me out because I have had blood clotting issues in the past. Has anyone ever had this same thing?

I am 28 and have three babies. I have suffered from pcos since I was 16. I see an endocrinologist for  Every thing. I've been on metformin and seasonings. I wpuld recommend seeing a specialist and talk to your dr about metformin

There is a natural way to boost ur estrogen levels and its called chasteberry vitex. It's a natural herb and it can be what ur looking for. Go ahead and look it up and see what u think. I just statrted to take it myself becuse i too have low estrogen. I did research on it and i liked what it said and what it can do for me so i'm going to give it a try. I take progesterone one pill a day for ten days and my period comes with out it I have to be on birth control to have a period I feel time is not on my side but they say the old we get the easier it is to get pregnant I just dont want to be to old or miss the window

I just turn 30 12 days ago I have been struggling With pcos since I was 14 years old now off birth control and I take progesterone for periods and type 2diabetes yes blood clot is from none period but I have learn some ppl have periods with pcos and dont have ovulation I have been trying to get pregnant since I was young because I new it was going to be a hard road I feel your pain you are not alone
