4-day embryo transfer

Hi everyone. i keep reading of ppl undergoing embryo transfer after either 3 or 5 days. I haven't read about anyone who had it done with a 4-day old embryo.
This is my 3rd attempt. We have male-factor infertility and ICSI is our only hope to conceive a baby. 1st didnt go through till ET. 2nd attempt had 2 embies (3 day old) transferred but failed. This 3rd attempt i had 2 embies that were 4 day old transferred and i'm going through my 2ww.
Has anybody had any success with a FOUR DAY TRANSFER ?

Hey there ! Don't worrie to much RE's do embryo transfers any were from 3 to 5 day it all depends on how your eggs are doing or what your RE is used to doing ! it is all about the same each day the embryo has divided a little more my RE dose 3 day transfers because he belives the embryo's do better in the usterus than in the dish but my RE transfers more embryo's than most because on that  ! And he has higher twins then most but I am okay with that ! I hope that this helps a little ! Good luck :-)

You are right about the transfer anywhere from Day3-5, but I went through the forums to see if I could find anyone who did it on Day#4 and couldn't. If its ok to do the ET on day 3, 4, or 5.... why cant i find anyone else who had a Day 4 transfer? Everybody else falls under #3 or #5. Which makes me guess that those are the days, after years of research and studies, that have proven to yield the highest success.
I wish there was anybody here who could reassure me that they too have had a day 4 transfer.... and that hopefully it was a success.
