5.5 weeks and no embyro! help!

HI there.. I am 35 yrs old and have PCOS (so irregular periods) as well as high blood pressure.. I just found out this week thaat I am pregnant.. I have an 11 yr old so this might? be the 2nd one.. the problem is that I had some bleeding a few days before I did the urine test and have had some spotting every day since! Went for the vaginal u/s on Oct 19th and the reports says that there is a gestational sac of around 5.5 weeks, a yolk as well but no embyo?! Aslo, there is a cyst of about 2 cms on the irght ovary! Have been feelin gmighty tired lately and the boobs are a bit sore too...Can anyone please explain if there is any possbility of this turning into a viable pregnancy? I have also gone for 2 Hcg blood tests on Monday and Wednesday this week but they results have not come back yet... can anyone pls. comment and let me kno wif they have been through/seen someting similar??!! worried and hopefull!

I just went through this in August no baby was deen for me until 6 week 3 days saw sac and fetal ploe at 5 wks 6 days unfortuantely I did m/c at 8wks 3 days
