7 Positive OPKs and no temp shift ?!???

Hi! So was just going to see if anyone had a similar experience. I am currently taking my temps, measuring cm, and using opks. I am on cycle day 24 (my cycles are extremely irregular) and haven't seen my temp go up at all. I have had 7 positive opks, but no ewcm.. Just sticky. Any ideas?

This happened last month too--all the positive opks. I had my dr check my hormone levels, and she said I'm normal. I'm thinking maybe she didn't test for the right thing ?

I had 3 in a row and then they went to negative and never a rise in temp this month. I had blood work done yesterday so will let you know what I find out. Have your opk's gone to negative yet? I never had this happen when on clomid but I took this month off because of being transfered to a new RE for more testing. What levels did your Dr check?

Yep. Still positive. I think they turn back negative sometime around my period. My doctor checked thyroid and prolactin. She did say there's a good chance I'm not ovulating, so idk if maybe the tests just don't work for me? Hoping that I get that temperature shift soon!! If not, then Ill be starting my first round of clomid :(

If you do a progesterone test 7-9 days after your first +opk they should be able to tell if you Ovulated or not.  I will find out here shortly but with no rise in temps I am sure I didn't. Also, I was told before that sometimes estrogen can show up as positive. What type of opk's are you using? I found with the answer brand I would get 4-6 days of + and then when switching to CBE digital, I only get 2-3 days of +.

Last month I used first response. This time I've been using answer brand. I sure hope you're right! Would much rather do this completely natural!

I just wanted to let you know that I just got my progesterone test results and they were 13.6. That means I did ovulate even though my temp never went up... so there is hope for you, don't get discouraged!
