8 DPIUI / PROGESTERONE LEVEL/CRAMPING

So 8 day post IUI -  did my progesterone today, was 14.6.... my last two progesterone levels were 9, what does this mean?
And then tonight hubby and I were at a bbq and I got severe shooting pains on both sides of lower pelvic area...so bad it made me feel sick and lost my appetite, lasted about an hour and now I'm fine.... any ideas on that...it was pretty strange, it hurt more to sit than to stand :/

Any input on these two matters?
