8 weeks pregnant with twins and passed a clot with little bleeding

please help. I'm so confussed. I'm 8 weeks pregnant with twins and I was diagnosed with a subchrorionic hematoma in my uterus. i've been bleeding a little and went to the ER yesterday, my babies were fine. However this morning I passed a blood clot. I didn.t have pain or much bleeding.....I'm sooo scared. Has anyone gone trhough something like this and been ok????

Don't worry.  I went through the same thing at 7 weeks, like you I was in the ER.  They did an u/s after we saw our babies hd we were told that everything was fine but I had a hematoma.  This happened on Sep 4.  On Sep 5th I passed a clot after which I passed some dark blood for a few days and I was fine.  Passing  the clot is the best thing possible.  I am now 16 week 4 days pregnant.  So don't worry, I think you can relax now.  Good luck with everything
