Yes it's normal to not have your period yet. Mine took 30 days to come, but I've heard some women take 6+ weeks. If you know that you've already ovulated (I had ewcm & was charting my temps), then your period should be coming in around 2 weeks HOPEFULLY! Some women, though, don't ovulate immediately after the d&C
Everyone is different, but I got af after my 1st m/c (m/c naturally) 7weeks later and with my 2nd (m/c naturally) 8 weeks later. My doctor said typically it's 4 to 6 weeks but can even go as long as 9 or 10 weeks for some people. Hang in there, it's hard to wait for it especially if you want to start trying again. :)
Were you or the dr tracking your hcg back to 0? You won't o until it comes back down and af won't come until after that. Some women have slower fall in hcg. Mine was 0 after about 2 wks and o'd a few days after that, af 14 days later. I have seen many posts that were much longer and several that were shorter.
