AM SO CONFUSED CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

high temperatrure is after or bfore ovulation?????????suppostly  my ovulation day is the 12 but i still go a low temperature... i notice this 2 last day egg white cm....

yesterday night  i was very bloating cramps, stomaache, today am ok just kind pinch in my lower belly....

Your temperatures will not rise until after ovulation, and eggwhite cervical mucus indicates you're in your most fertile phase, so it makes sense that you will ovulate around the 12th or so.

I'm about to ovulate this weekend too! Hopefully this will be our month!

Like Heather said, BBT will go up after you O.  It may take a day or two for your temps to rise.  So, higher BBT basically means that your fertile days are over.
