AMH in Menopause Range with normal FSH & E2

Hello.  I just got a copy of my CD 3 lab work and am worried about the results, mainly AMH.  I am 36 and trying to conceive.   Results are:

AMH    <.01
E2        23.9
FSH       4.1
TSH      2.85

LH was not ordered.  All other labs were normal.  I have been having regular cycles 31-35 days for almost a year now, thanks to the Metformin and lifestyle changes.  Just 2 cycles ago I actually got pregnant for the 1st time, but had an early miscarriage.  Why would the AMH be so low?
