ANY PCOS WOMAN GET BFP USING INJECTABLES?

Hi-

Just had a follow up with RE today and after no response to clomid or femara, i'm moving on to follistim injectables + timed intercourse. I have pcos b/c i dont ovulate or get AF. RE told me she is putting me on very lose dose of follistim due to my young age and i'm at high risk for multiple births. Also, she said pcos woman may or may not respond to injections alone so if thats the case then she will add in metformin on the next cycle. RE said if i produce more then 4 mature follicles then she will want to cancel the cycle due to the risk of conceiving triplets or more.

I'm paying out of pocket for the monitoring so if she does cancel and we decide on our own to proceed and BD i hope it will give us a BFP with a healthy baby or babies... twins would be nice since its so hard for me to conceive. She said even if we cancel and dont use the trigger shot, i will still ovulate on my own since the follicles are mature. Is this a bad idea to go against RE's order in the event i have to cancel my cycle? I think that is what jon and kate +8 did and ended up with 6 babies!! Wow.

So to make a long story short.. i would love to hear any success stories about woman w/PCOS and got prego on injectables and how many cycles before you had a BFP?? Maybe this will give me some hope......
