Abnormal menstrual cycle PLEASE HELP

ok so i usually start my period between the 20th and he 22nd of each month But for some reason last month and this month have been different. I started spotting very very light pink/red blood on the 18th of June which was a little early but it only lasted two days. Then a week later I went and had my annual done......everything was normal. Well all of a sudden i started spotting again today 7/2 which is 14days later but this time it is brown. I have no idea what is going on.Any advice?

a d&c is dilation is a widening of the cervix to allow instruments into the uterus and curettage is the scraping of the walls of the uterus ( you'll only need one if you don't have a complete miscarriage on your own) but i don't know how anyone who hasn't had experience with a miscarriage before would know that i wouldn't so i would go to the er just to make sure everything is ok because not having a complete miscarriage could give you problems
