Abruption ?Partial mode

My wife had to undergo MTP when the foetus was 7 weeks 6 days. This was due to severe pain she suffered in her lower belly and abdomen.  There was excessive bleeding.  Biopsy was conducted and the microscopy says sections show several immature chorionic villi, some showing degenerative changes.  few hydropic villi seen with irregular contour and circumferential trophoblastic cells.  Trophoblastic proliferation is not evident.  sheets of decidual tissue with foci of degenerative changes and haemorrhage and fragments of hypersecretory endometrium also seen.  The impression - Products of conception showing foci of degenerative changes and focal partial molar changes.  

Please explain the report and whether it reflects darkness on the future conception possibilities.

Sounds like possible chromosomal abnormality but the terminology is confusing.  You need an expert to explain this.
