Amazing book on PCOS and insulin resistance and everything else...

My dr. gave me this book the other night look over to help answer the questions that enter my head at times that I am not in the office...it is an amazing book.  it is so helpful and it is worded nicely and so easy to read. it is called PCOS - the hidden epdidemic.  its by samuel s thatcher m.d., ph.d  I highly recommend it to anyone with PCOS, or insulin resistance, or just trying to conceive and not having luck...take care!

Thanks for the info i was diagnosed with pcos about a year now. I am also trying to conceive but no luck. Menstration is out of wack and i am not ovulating every month but will look into it. Do u have pcos and/or any children ?

yes, i have a very minor case of pcos...however I have insulin resistance.  i have no children and am having a hard time conceiving...i have been pregnant once before...ending in m/c i just started my second month on metformin...i hope it works!
