Try eating smaller meals and don't allow yourself to become hungry. I found once my stomach was empty I felt sick to my stomach. I even eat something right before bed so I'm not starving in the morning.

I also heard Gingerale is good for nausea. There are also some wristbands you can buy that help with the nausea. One of my good friends had to buy them and wore them her entire first trimester. Try Target, I think they might sell them.

Good luck and may you feel better real soon.

I know probably all food sounds gross right now...I had horrible nausea for a while and my Dr. didn't want to dole out the meds either. Saltines worked pretty well for me with some ginger ale or water after a while, as did pretzel sticks and Wheat Thins. You may just have to try out some different carbs and see what works. I feel ya, though! That was a rough time, but it does pass....hang in there!

I'm so sorry girl! Did you try sipping Canadian dry gingeral? It has helped me when the nausea hits!
