Another day in the world of Infertility/answers to fibro/endo

Well this would have been the second month I had that horrid pain last month it was 5 days after iui this month it was 2 days post iui.  I decided yesterday to make a appt to speak with my Fertiltiy Dr.  

     Here is what he said he is not quite sure why I am getting those pains - he could think of 10 things that could come to mind but unless I actually see fertitlity while I am having those pains he could not answer me.

     As far as fibromyalgia - he said that from what he has researched it does not have anything to do with infertility.

     Endometriosis - highly unlikely - ....
    
     I have had cramps since Sunday know af will be coming by next Monday so my hopes are crushed one more time which is why I made this appt. Couldn't stand not knowing why this was happeneing to me.  We had thought about staying on Clomid one more month but from what he said yesterday we have made the decision to move onto injections.  I am soo ooooo scared - due to the fact if my body acts this way on clomid how will it act on injections.  I am already a emotional mess I cannot imagine the next step.  

     I also told him that I could actually feel "o" - he looked like i was crazy.  He said if I did "o" when I said so that when they did the iui it was too late....

I reallly think you should insist on an hcg trigger shot.. have u/s on cd12.. if follicles are mature do trigger shot that night and IUI on afternoon of cd14.  Trying to predict when O happens is fine for bding but if you are paying for IUI and ds you need to take ALL guess work out of it.. or as much as possible at least... Ovulation occures 36-48 hours after trigger shot.. I got bfp twice this exact way..

Also you really want IUI to be same day as or before O.  If it is the day after o, typically that is too late.

When we move to injections you have to have the hcg shot in order to "o" - I am just hoping and praying this is it!!

You can use trigger shot even with no drugs.. I've done it both ways..

I really hope it is it also.. and you never know you may have ovulated on Tuesday.. or late enough on monday that Tuesday will be good.. I'm praying for you.. :)

He told me if I "o" on Monday night it was too late.. I truley have af cramps something awful which I get every month so I am willing to bet it did not take...:(

yeah, but the cramps might come just prior to o... you never really know... I'm sorry..

If it doesn't take this month are you going to try again next month?
