Anyone had any luck by taking Femara?

Just want to know if anyone is having any luck by taking the  Femara to concieve (conceive). Any advice would by helpful.

I just got pregnant on Femara - it wasn't my first time though.  I also had IUI.  

Good luck!  I recommend it much more than clomid - clomid is the devil!

It all depends I took femara one cycle with injectable (ovidrel) & an iui & worked on the first try.  I'm 5 weeks & 3 days today. Clomid works but not for everyone clomid often thickens the cervical mucus which makes it hard for the sperm to swim to contect to the egg. I was taking tussin as well my last cycle of clomid but it didn't work.  I had 6 cycles of clomid three solo & three with iui's.  I wish you the best of luck.
