Anyone had tuberculosis?

I've been diagnosed with tuberculosis of the uterus. The treatment is a course of 9 months. After which i can go for ivf again. I just feel as though this is the end of the road for me. Is there any hope?

Once the histologic diagnosis of TB endometritis has been made, then treatment with antiTB medicine must be started to prevent further progression of the disease. However, all patients with TB endometritis also have infection of the fallopian tubes; and sometimes the damage caused to the tubes ( TB salpingitis) is irreversible. In such cases, patients have irreversible tubal infertility, and the only treatment option available for them would be IVF.
