Anyone have an opinion on Chaste Berry Tree Extract (Vitex)?

Has anyone taken Chaste Berry Tree Extract with the success of getting your period or getting pregnant? I recently heard of it, but don't know too much about it other than reading the info. I am willing to try anything, so I starrted it this morning, but just want to know peoples opinions.

I took it regularly before I started my IVF, i have PCO and between that and Acupuncture, it kept me 28 days like clockwork. Don't take it while preganant or on fert drugs

i am taking it right now because my cycle is usually around 42 days and i wanted to shorten it.  first cycle it didn't do anything but this month I think i ovulated today and that would make this cycle 35days.  i am also taking vit B complex though, so i don't know if it had something to do with it also.
