Anyone taking baby aspirin?? If so, at what point in your pregnancy did you stop taking it??

I suffered a miscarriage due to placental abruption at 12 weeks and after tested positive for one copy of the MTHFR gene (heterozygous).  I am currently pregnant again and my doctor prescribed me to take one 81-mg baby aspirin per day until 36 weeks.  She said it can't do any harm and may be helpful.  I am hesitant to actually stop taking it because everything is going well and I am 34 weeks now.  Anyone take baby aspirin until delivery?  If not, when did you stop??
