azoospermia is fixable. my husband was detected with the same too. we are doing our IVF now. there are plenty of options to fix; natural conception might be time consuming you may either have to opt for any artificial techniques though.my fertility specialist collected my husbands semen (which had 4 motile sperms) cleaned it with a chemical and they found 20 motile sperms which are good for treatment. so probability is really high.
There is hope! I would highly highly recommend contacting Dr. Silber at St Lukes in St Louis Mo. My DH and I just had great success with him. He is the Dr that has pioneered and perfected treatment for male infertility
. My DH had 2 zero SA. He then went through a bunch of test from a urologist in our home town (Minneapolis) and were told he was azoospermic non obstructive
. I then sought out the best and found Dr. Silber. Durning the procedure Dr. Silber discovered that my husband was miss diagnosed and was actually azoospermic Obstructive
. Big difference. Either way we were in the right place. Check out his web site and call them to ask questions. His fees are no greater than anywhere else I checked. Like I said, I wanted the best and we got it. We currently have 4 perfect embryos
