BBT/Ovulation Pain Question

I am currently on CD55. On CD48 I had lots of EWCM, my cervix was very high (I couldn't even reach it), I was cramping and my ovaries were hurting. I had no thermal shift. Is it still possible that I ovulated? Do any of you know what a monophasic pattern is, and what percentage of women have this?

Also, when I went to the doctor the end of last month, he told me to not even worry about charting my temps, that it wasn't reliable...

I would say it is possible go to your analysis and overide and see if it is set at .20 for the minimum temperature shift detected. Also, once there are three temps in there ff will draw the target lines with your coverline and everything. So give it a few more days temps and you will know for sure.

Should I call my doctor? He told me that he didn't want to put me on anything for ovulation until I had gone a year without being preg. We've been trying for 23 months. My last pregnancy was a miscarriage in may. I'm just getting frustrated due to the lack of cycles. What do you think? I've only had two since May- One at the end of Aug. and October 26th.

I would find another doc for another opinion. you are having very long cycles (maybe a hormone problem there?)... and you may not be ovulating? i would look around for another doctor that will be more proactive about regulating your cycles.
