Well, some of you may know that i was planning to test this morning, however what happened was day light savings really messed me up. (don't know why it was so confusing for me). I ended up taking my temp a full 2 hrs. before i normally would (long story on why this happened). So, my early temp was below the cover line. I quickly realized what I did and took my temp again at the correct time after going back to bed for a couple of hours. And my 2nd temp was well above cover line. Do i discard this temp? I don't think either temp i took could be considered accurate. Anyway, i decided to wait and see what my temps are tomorrow and test then possibly. Before i realized my mistake, i seriously almost started to cry because i thought for sure that meant it was all over and AF would soon be paying me a visit. :) Have a good day all! and lot od SSBD to all you TTC'ers out there.
Daylight savings time messes me up as well. I have done exactly the same thing~Unfortunately, it's the first temp you should count. Just mark on your chart that it was taken at a different time. If you use fertility friend there is a special function for this. Yeah, it's kind of crappy. Neither temp really works but you were asleep, undisturbed, for more than 3 hours when you took your first temp. So your second one is kind of a bust too.
But you're right~Don't cry cause it's definitely not over. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get your BFP!
. I've been ttc'ing for almost a year now with no luck and some really odd charts. Before I bring it up to my Dr., I want to make sure I'm covered for the works. I know for sure Health Care doesn't cover IVF but I don't know about clomid or any of the medications. I want to get good coverage just in case - I guess to cover all the bases before I start whatever kind of journey this is going to be.
And once again~Good luck with those temps tomorrow. I hope this is it for you!
There are lots of women who get BFPs with their temps under the coverline. Of course I do not know what any of this jargon means, just that this is what I've read! LOL! I don't actually do the BBT charting. So don't lose hope just yet!
