BFP and beta
I got a bfp on thursday with beta of 151. I went for my second beta today and it was 695. They scheduled an ultrasound next week and I should be 5 1/2 wks. Would my beta go up if there was not a fetal pole? Also, a little concerned that we won't be able to see a heartbeat.
to see heartbeat will be at least 6 weeks or so.. sometimes can be 7 or 8 weeks...
congrats.. don't worry too much.. will harm the development of the fetus... just relax and enjoy the pregnancy

you may not see a heartbeat, but that is fine at this point, usually it is first seen around 6 weeks. your numbers are great! congrats!
