What are the best vitamins to takw while ttc?
My RE gave me samples of PreCare Premier. They have a stool softner in them and were great for when we were on the progesterone shots. Apparently progestreone slows your colon down and that is what makes you constipated. I liked them. They had everything you need but they may be RX - I am not sure.
Hi. My husband and I each take a Womens/Mens one-a-day, an extra vitamin C & Fish Oil (Omega 3). I also take an extra Folic Acid, a baby aspirin & a vitamin B-6. I just started the baby aspirin this cycle.
We've been really good about taking our pills with dinner. Aside from ttc, it's a good way to stay healthy ! :)

My RE has always had me take Prima Care One - they are big purple pills, take them with your dinner though and don't take them right before bed!!! I learned the hard way :)
