I have no idea how I even got a positive from my HPT that reads 25 mIu??? I'm not sure I feel very confident about a number so low but the nurse said not to worry and we'll see how it improves on Monday. At four weeks pregnant, 11 just doesn't sound promising. But I'll try to remain hopeful until Monday.
I would stay positive until Monday, 4 wks is not far along, I would imagine 11 is a good number for that time period. I was a whole week after that and mine was 258, but I had twins. Try not to worry and Congrats on the BFP!!!
I wish you the best with this pregnancy. At about 12 DPO, I got positive HPTs - very faint line. Blood test indicated my HCG was 6 and then HCG #2 was just 12. It ended up being a chemical pregnancy.
A good HCG level at 4w from LMP is over 100.
I was testing with FRER. It picked up HCG at 6! That same day I had a blood test.
A number has to start somewhere. My lucky # is 11. I hope your new lucky # is more than double on the repeat. It's not so much about what the # is, it's what it does. I hope it's more than you expected.
I know if the #s double or more than that's great but I'm comparing this # to what my # was at 6 weeks (518) and this one just seems SO low. I really do want to see the # increase but I'm so nervous that it won't. I REALLY hope I'm wrong. I haven't even had any pregnancy symptoms so that's making me feel a little hesitant to be excited also. Boy, this will be a long weekend!
Well, there you go. If you take 11 and double it every other day at the end of two more weeks it will be 352 and 2wks 2days will be 704! Often, it will more than double, too. So it has full potential of being even higher than last time :)
