A level of 0.1 is "not pregnant."  0.1 is one tenth, and it falls within the first range on your chart, 0 to 10.

Hi, my last menstrual was 18th december, and I had sexual intercourse with my husband from 25th december to 31st december due to long distance marriage. I already have pre pregnancy symptom like cramping, tenderness of breast and I took urine pregnancy test and results shown negative, I still not give up,then I took beta HCG serum test and results was 0.1 iu/l. My period have not due yet, can I still be pregnant? As I already start the morning sickness?
