Bleeding on gonal-f-PLEASE HELP

Hi

This is my 1st IVF. I started on bcp and lupron ,stopped bcp on 31st continued lupron  started my period on 3rd of Jan and my gonal-f 600 ui +lupron+menopur 2 days back, but I am still bleeding is it normal.

after 4-5 days of normal AF i felt its going but when i started gonal-f it feelsits started again...its more than spotting but less than a full period  its 3rd day now I am worried if things are ok.
Has anyone has experince bleeding on gonal-f ????
Please help , my first u/s to check follies is due on Monday.

Hi, did you start your meds on cd3? I did ivf and iui with Gonal-f, I started my gonal tonight, CD3 and still have AF. I think it's normal but if you feel that it's not normal, call your RE's office. They always have someone on call 24-7. Give them a call to put your mind at ease. This was new to all of us at one time and it can be confusing.

Thanks for the reply , today is the 4th day of gonal-f, and I started it on 5th day of AF, and my AF seemed to stopped , this bleeding is different red and fresh .....
I have called up my RE he said it should be  fine and he will know more tomorrow with u/s.....the reason he gave it could be due to low estrogen ... but this seems more like side effect to me....and its driving me crazy as there is not much info about it ...

I had my u/s everything is fine and my bleeding also tapered down and I am only spotting a tiny bit....RE told me its normal to have break through bleeding ....so I am relaxed and thanks again.
How are you doing?Keep posting....
