Bleeding with lower abdominal pain mild 10 days after ET

Hi had my first ICSI done.Three embryos transferred on 15dec.Ten days after ET on 25 dec bleeding started as spotting initially spot was red then changed to brown color bleeding as I had in my cycle of periods as I have PCO.Called my co ord who told not to freak out and continue with cyclogest pessariesabd wait till Monday 28 dec on which I have the B HCG test..Really crying and worried and hoping its implantation bleeding as my co ord told three embryos are placed so that atleast one is implanted.One of my aunts freaked me out that she had miscarriage at 6 months when she naturally conceived as she had fish and this worrying me more as I had fish because I was told to have normal diet except avoiding carrots and papaya.Co Ordinator won't surely reveal the truth until the test is done but reading so many same cases that ended up being positive giving me positive vibes otherwise my heart is sinking ...would be thank ful if someone gives valuable advice

It could be implantation bleeding, or if your using endometrium, I had bleeding on and off til I was 12 weeks some was actually gushes  I am currently 27+3 (Ivf 5 day blast) with twins girls it's a very long road don't stress relax  good luck!!!!
