Bloating due to OHSS?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone else has had severe bloating after taking Follistim?  I'm just 2 DPO, but my stomach is so swollen and distended I can barely get my jeans buttoned!  I feel horribly bloated, and I noticed in the last few days I've gained a few lbs, which I'm assuming is water weight.

I'm not neccessarily in a ton of pain.  I have some twinges from time to time on each side, and I'm not nauseated.  I'm just uncomfortable because the swelling goes all the way up under my breasts. I look like I'm 6 months pregnant! LOL!  I wasn't sure if the bloating just post ovulation is normal and it will resolve in a few days, or if that is a sure sign of OHSS?

Thoughts, anyone?

hi there!  i'm not too certain that thats a sign of ohss.  i just took 7 days of gonal -f and i had the same thing.  my stomache is so bloated i too feel like i am 6 months preggo...to my understanding ohss is REALLY painful.  if you need to set your mind at ease just give your RE a call--- i'm sure they get these phone calls all the time!  i'm 10 dpIUI, and still bloated and am still getting twinges of pain!  i wish you luck in your journey!  :)
