Blocked tube question

Hello!  This is my 1st post.  I have one blocked tube & one open.  I have heard many stories about women getting pregnant with one tube (one had been removed for whatever reason), but not so many with the blocked tube left in.  I have a history of endometriosis & adhesion's.  I have had two surgeries.  I am thinking about getting another surgery to "clean up" & get the bad tube out.  Perhaps that would boost my chance of getting pregnant.  ??  

Do you have any stories about blocked tubes you could share with me???
