Blood Streaked CM - 8 DPO = ( Could still be implantation?

Today I am 8 dpo. Temp went back up from 97.9 yesterday to 98.0 today. Yesterday, had very little light pink CM on TP. Today, had nothing in the morning, and just went to the bathroom and had a gob of CM streaked with blood (red and dark brown). This is way more than the little pink in my CM yesterday. I'm still not due for AF until Sunday.
Could implantation bleeding be this much or am I doomed this cycle. I'm so upset. It had looked so promising. = (

Still could be IB. The brown blood is old blood. The fact that your temps went back up is good. You wouldn't get your period almost a week early, would you? That seems unlikely unless you've had a history of that.

Everything sounds promising. Last month I spotted light brown starting 4 days before AF was due and my temps styed pretty high (except for the day before AF where it dipped, but I might have done something wrong that morning). You can definitely spot anywhere from 6-12 DPO when possible implantation takes place. Good luck...hopefully a bfp is going to happen this month. Don't give up hope till AF arrives...you enver know. Keep us posted. :)

It was just heavy that one time about an hour and a half ago. I just checked again and it's a tad of light brown in w/regular CM. But I'm freaking out. I have today off work and now I wish I didnt because I know Im just going to sit around obsessing and crying. I just really thought yesterday the light pink might be IB but I'm afraid the more today is a bad sign. I'll try to keep a positive head - it's hard after months of negatives though.

Are you on progesterone??
Usually progesterone keeps your period from showing early.  That could be implantation!

No. I'm not on any type of medication. FAM and OPK both place O at 8 days ago, so I'm still about a week away from expected AF.
It was one big streak of blood but it was just once. Now, nothing. =/ CONFUSING.

Now it's back to a tad bit of brown tinge in CM. Nothing heavy though. Mild cramps and feeling nauseated/dizzy the past couple hours. But that could be from driving myself crazy! Ha.
