Blood test

My doctor gave me Clomid prescription with two papers for a blood test. one of the blood test if for when I start clomid and I have to go on day 22. I am not regular he said if I don't get my period by day 35 or 40 to go for a blood test. But why would I have to go on day 35 or 40 for a blood test if I didn't even start clomid? for the blood test I am suppose to take on day 35 their is a lot of test. wich are (I'll do the best I can but the writing is bad)

Lh, FSH, TSH, Prolactn, estradol, projesta, BHCG

What does all those tests means? Is their one to check if I am already pregnant?

did your dr. put you on something to make you get your period first?  Were you given any instructions on what days to take the clomid.  Those blood tests you referred to are usually taken before you start anything to find out what is going on with your hormones.
