CD 19 - No ovulation with Clomid???

Just wondering if any of you that have been on clomid days 5-9 ovulated, and when you did, what day? Did you notice a spike in temp?  Did you use an ovulation kit?

I am on count day 19, have been testing with clear blue easy digital ovulation kit since day 10, and still no smiley face.  I have been tracking my temps too, and really haven't seen a spike yet.  

Is it possible that I ovulated though and that I just missed the surge on the kit? I only tested once a day around the same time (11:00 am or so...).

I'm trying to be hopeful here.... :) Thanks ladies!!

Hi there.

Just wanted to let you know that my RE advised that Clomid could delay O as much as 5 days.  I'd say if your temp hasnt increased then you still havent O'd.  Hang in there - it's bound to happen soon!

I don't ovulate on clomid, they have to give me the HCG shot to get it going.

I should have explained a little better sorry.  My follicles grow big enough and the LH surges, but the follicles do not release.  They haveto give me the trigger shot for them to release.

Oh Okay, got it.  Thanks so much for the advice.  I'm not sure when I will ovulate, and when I have in the past, because this is the first time I started tracking, and first couple months we have been trying.  I hope the clomid helps!! Thanks Gigi!

Just wanted to add I always O late on Clomid.  I have three success stories from 7 total attemps, and I always O between day 18 and 20 (that's on 100).  A friend Os btw 20 and 23.

Hey just wanted to share with you that this is my 2nd round of clomid and it is making me ovulate!! i always take it 5-9 and around day 17 i start getting pains that ive never had before so im guessing thats when i ovulate. My ob told me not to trust the kits because that dont always worked! now im waiting for this 2 weeks to pass to see if the clomid worked and to see if i get my BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK good, so there still could be hope just b/c I didn't get a positive yet??  I've had cramping too, so I was wondering why I wasn't getting a positive.  Tomorrow will be day 20, so I'm hoping that my temps rise soon or I get some indication.... but I'm pretty much in the 2 week wait too.... either another AF or a positive test would be even better!! Thanks ladies :) :) :)
