Can I conceive with bilateral polycystic ovaries.

I am 27 years old. I had as ultra sound scan few days ago. My uterus size is 7.2*6.2*4.1.
Endometrium thickness is 12mm.
Bilateral polycystic ovaries and right ovary size is 4.4*2.4cm ,, left ovary size is 3.7*2.4cm

We are trying for kids now. Can i get pregnent with all these.

Privia, Nothing is impossible in the world of fertility. But to me and i am not a Dr, it sounds like the odds are against you
There is a treatment called a ovarian wedge, you will need to speak to your gyn about it, I am not to aware of the procedure, I do know it increases odds of getting pregnant and carrying to term quite a bit.
Another choice could be harvesting eggs and getting a surrogate.

do try the wedge surgery, it is claimed to have something close to 80% success rate.
