Can I ovulate with an hCG of 2?

I had a second D & C for a missed miscarriage that happened in October 06 on January 4 of this year (first D & C was October 18).  At my last blood draw on 2/22, my levels were FINALLY down to 2.  Is it possible to ovulate with any level above 0?

From my understanding, hcg is considered normal when it is less than 5 so I would say yes that you could ovulate.  But I am not a doctor :)  Just someone who had a m/c last March and when I got my follow-up hcg level, the report said  <5 Normal.  So I actually don't know if it was 0 or 4.9 but I ovulated 1 week later (2 weeks from the m/c).

Yes, my level is always a 2, and I ovlulate :)

I read on a mc info site that you can o at 100, but af wont come until 5 or lower. I haven't seen that anywhere else so I don't know if is true. I didn't o until 2 days after b/w and it was 4.

Thanks for the information.  I know that everyone is different.  It just helps to know it's possible!
