Hi
Yes clomid can help
I know that ectopic (tube?) pregnancy  can dommage and blocked the tube,
If your tubes are blocked clomid is not good treatment for you
As the sperm and egg will have hard time to find each other
Good luck

Hi

Im actually in a very similar situation to you, I had an ectopic in 2008 unfortunatly i didnt know i was even preg until it was too late therefore it ruptured so iv only got my left tube. My doc prescribed Clomid last year and i conceived 1st cycle unfortunatly ectopic again (treated with methotrexate this time) so...we decided to give it a rest for a while cut a long story short i conceived again but miscarried at 5w6d.
So again i went back to my doc iv just had my first MP since Oct im now on CD18 and took 100mg clomid days 2-6 now Clomid its normally only prescribed for people who dont ovulate but this is how my doc explained it to me; a "normal" couple with no fertility problems and everything in tact has only a 10% chance of conception every month so people like us with 1 tube it halfs! And clomid works by making your produce more and better folicules therefore increasing your chance.
Now i always thought my right ovary was useless as i have no right tube but apparantly your other tube can pick up a fertilised egg from the other ovary.

I hope this has helped and best of luck TTC

yes it can help. It can increase the amount of eggs you relase to increase your chances. You will have a higher chance of having twins though. Your best bet is to talk to your dr about it. But yes it really can help.
