What type of exercise can i do after embryo transfer? Should i cease exercise to

My Dr put me on strict NO EXERCISE program. He's actually pretty much had me on that since I started IVF, I tend to be an over-exerciser though.
I think its best to take it easy, you never want to have any regrets!

My RE said bed rest for the first 48 hours and no exercise until the beta. For me it worked. Best of luck to you!
